Our first day at Coachella was pretty eventful. Sonny (Skrillex) killed it, as per usual. Dropped some new bangers for the fans. Can’t wait for the new Moombahton tracks he’s got cooking… A lot of surprises backstage as well. Got to hang with Usher, Pharell, Chromeo, A-trak, Afrojack, JFK from Mstrkrft, and a slew of other talented cats that I could only dream of meeting at one point. We’re truly blessed for this amazing opportunity to work with all these talented crew members. There’s a lot of hard working, dedicated individuals that spend hours putting together these intricate set ups. We tend to take production for granted when we’re simply playing the role of spectator, but truth of the matter is the behind the scenes aspect of these festivals is just as interesting as the performances themselves.

Finally got a chance to see Interpol live, what an amazing experience that was. Followed it up with the Chem Bros, who always aim to please. Had a surreal moment when the Chem Bros finished their set and walked right past Jason and I. Finally met Crystal Castles! Alice Glass is a sweet heart! So many people talk shit about her, but she’s such a cool down to earth chick. Super nice and humble. I had an epiphany last night, as I was walking around a drunken mess, and that was to go back to the trailer with Jason and edit a video for A-Trak.
